“The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)”

“We were early but they made accommodations for us until our room was ready. We enjoyed our breakfast and the clean towels we picked up every morning as we were there for business so would not be needing the housekeeping. Very agreeable staff.”

“Convenient and Friendly, But Bring Earplugs Sonesta Simply Suites is a great choice for its excellent location, with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The staff were consistently very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The only significant downside is the proximity to the railway. Train horns sounding at midnight can be disruptive to your sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is an important factor to consider. Despite this, the overall value and service were positive.”
