10/10 Excellent
The hotel is very new and all staffs are very helpful and efficient. Our room is a superior twin plus extra bed and it ’s in good size and spacious. We forgot some items in our room and they helped us forward to Nagoya without any charges. Appreciate their customer service team for helping us during our stay at the Sanraku Hotel Kanazawa

the retreat is very comfortable, just the employee needs to improve their English and be more flexible on the requests of the guests.
Food is very good.
