"I can’t express how accommodating the staff was for me. I initially booked the serendipity cottage for one night, then decided I wanted 2 nights and they put me in the Birch unit as Serendipity was booked the additional night. Then my race got cancelled, they were so sweet to move my rsvp only to move it back bc I had another commitment that weekend, (I know I drove them crazy) bc I was driving myself crazy. Once we got there the heat was off of course but after 2 hrs it was still so cold. Tom was so kind when I texted inquiring about additional heat, he brought us a heater for the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy the winery as the roads were still bad from all the bad weather- gives me a great reason to go back. However if your looking for a beautiful quiet place to just kick back, relax and escape Roaring River Vineyards is definitely a must. Thank you sooo much. "

"Very spacious and clean room. Had everything we needed for our two night stay. The two treadmills in the fitness room were not operating, so we used the exercise bike. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"This hotel is great in so many ways. The staff is friendly and very helpful with tips for dining and travel directions. The rooms are clean and equipped with a nightlight (which should be standard in all rooms!). Best of all is the wine bar which is open late. The staff in the bar (ours was Jan) is so knowledgeable about the wines and which to taste. Visiting the wine bar was a great way to cap off a long day of driving. I would definitely stop here again. "
