“I loved the 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and nicely updated. The outside of the property looks pretty rundown, and definitely could use some tender loving care to make it more appealing to the eyes. But overall, I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, and specialty shops. I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to spending another vacation here next spring.”

“Excellent. 6 in our party. We had 1 queen bed and 2 full beds plus a full sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and dining table plus living area. John’s pass board walk and the ocean all within a short walk. Staff was excellent! Walked us to our room and went over everything with us, Very personalized service. We are all locals from Tampa and like to stay over when we attend events like John’s pass Seafood Festival. Also couldn’t beat the price!”

“This was not the top end place but i got a apartment like suite and it was all brand new from renovatuons due to weather lastyear but the people left me alone unless i wanted something they then gave me all i needed meitalitmore”
