「My husband and I stayed at Crystal Bay for almost two months, as we sold our house and we are about to move to a different part of the world, but I had to finish up my work. It was a great experience staying there, it made us feel like home. All the staff are super friendly, just down to the earth; breakfast was amazing; hotel atmosphere was nice, classic and full of taste. We really enjoyed our time while staying there.」

「The suite itself was great. Outstanding views. Loved the balcony. Would’ve liked to have beach towels supplied, and daily coffee packet refills without asking. Also pool does not have a restroom which is a little inconvenient to be returning in and out of my room with all my stuff a few times. Other than that, fabulous.」

「Great place for your buck. Everything was clean and well put together. Smart tv’s and 2 air conditioners made it very comfortable. Pull out couch if needed. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and bars are all walking distance. Quiet for the most part. Toasted Monkey was a block over and gets pretty loud on weekend nights but didn’t bother us. Some places surrounding the area are abandon. I would assume from past hurricanes. I would definitely stay again.」

「The light in our bathroom was out so we showered in complete darkness. There was no ceiling fan in the room.」

「The suite was clean and spacious. Some renovations and no desk to checking in. Had no idea of where to go. However there was a gentleman there at that time, who directed us to another hotel across the road to check in. Which we weren't aware of until we got there. "Office manager" this information its very important and it should be listed on the hotel information when people are making their reservation.」

「This place deserves more then 5 stars..It was absolutely amazing yozr on the beach side and it’s literally 200ft away from your door..When we go back to Treasure Island we will stay there and only there..The owner and Lauren were so sweet I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was…J can’t wait to return…..」
