We called because our flight was delayed they were super nice about - also we forgot to put our parking pass in window one night (we didn’t want it to blow away while we were driving with the windows down) so we got a ticket for parking violation (from the hotel) I went and spoke to them about it and they were able to take it back. Super nice and welcoming every staff member I came across.”

“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and……

“The staff was very nice in the breakfast area. The rooms were clean. Problem with the water after a transformer blew out. We were not contacted to let us know and we had no water for about 1.5 hours. Communication was not good on water service and the need to boil water. Someone should have called our room to explain. No one did and we found out after overhearing another guest talk about it. Needs improvement.”

“Short distance to beach | Clean room | Helpful staff The property is a very short distance to the beach and John’s Pass. It was also cozy and the AC was cold. Robert was amazing by giving us several recommendations for things to do in the area and anything we needed. We will be staying here again.”

“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view……

“We have been to better and have been to worse. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. However, with that said the place was just fine and met our needs. You are on your own, as they do not provide maid service. I believe many of the motels in the area are moving to this model which we understand given the state of the economy. Keep operating costs down. The management is not always on site but are nearby. So you can call if any issues arise. The staff we dealt with were……
