“Check-in Front desk area all appeared ok. Entering our room it all went BADLY very fast. The room is extremely small and never thought from the picture literally no extra space. Cobwebs under the desk, wooden tv backboard busted with a huge crack along entire length. Paint color a depressing dingy grey not as pictured. Ceiling tiles dirty, mis-aligned,broken. No space to open large travel suitcase except in the entrance walk space, must close it to exit room. Security door lock look tampered……

“The room itself was a bit underwhelming but comfortable nonetheless. I waited hours to get clean towels to my room when I arrived but I did not let that get to me as the staff tried their best to be helpful. The food was decent, needed a bit more variety in choices. The overall space was clean and inviting with lots of areas to relax. The staff were all so very nice, kudos for customer service. ”
