“酒店直出左轉便是Metro和輕鐵, 我選擇搭輕鐵13號，總站是Dam (水霸廣場），非常方便！但附近欠食店，最緊要食飽和到超市買好東西才回酒店！酒店有早餐，住了四天，一模一樣，不差的！周圍都是住宅區，十分寧靜，我還跑步到火車站，enjoy!火車站步行的話要25分鐘，前往風車村和乘搭長途巴士都是此站”

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, imkanlar da oldukça yeterliydi. 21 numaralı otobüsle otelin tam önünden merkeze gidebilir, tüm gün dilediğinizce gezip gece istediğiniz saatte otelin 40 metre yakınında inebilirsiniz. “The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice.
Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.”

“The location is good which is near to merto station and easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal .The room is clean and tidy. Just some of free items like tea bag, coffee capsule are not refill daily. Other than these , everything is good.

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.
