"There were only 2 hiccups the shower handle wasn't working and we had to wait to get to our parking spot on a couple that had to strap down their motor ycles and car before we could get to our parking spot. We loved the chalet it was very peaceful "

"This property is in excellent condition. We were impressed with the superior cutlery and appliances. Relaxing outdoors on the deck every evening was exceptional. This cabin was close enough to Wears Valley Road, to make it easy and only minutes away if planning to drive to Townsend or Pigeon Forge. The bedrooms had lots of storage space, and the downstairs bedroom and bath were huge.We did see a mama bear and her two cubs one day just a couple acres away."
"Beautiful view - great space (looks just like the pictures). Far enough away to not deal with crowds and to enjoy peace and quiet, but only a 22 minute EASY drive to Pigeon Forge. We loved the deck and porch with the rocking chairs and the outside table to enjoy meals together. The Keurig wasn't working (and I need my coffee, LOL) -I alerted the host and a new one was waiting by the front door when we returned from our outing- No problem! Great communication and we will be back. "
