"Didn’t understand the layout of the property in the check-in experience was a little difficult. However, easy to text customer service and they replied right away. Breakfast was great views were incredible. A lot of the photos are from the observation deck and not actually out of the room so it’s a little misleading. Hair dryer on its last leg, king bed needed to be fixed by me. The supports underneath were broken."

"This cabin was a treasure! Very quiet with a beautiful porch view of the mountains. It’s just minutes from the Tuckaleechee Caverns. Townsend is a fun town. The cabin is close to the park. We loved it!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience"

"Location is the best part. Hearing the babble of the river and wildlife was great. It is located walking distance to Peaceful Side Social and IGA. Company Distilling and entrance to GSMNP are minutes away by car. Place was mostly clean and well appointed inside. Needs improvement: Infestation of carpenter bees, which were buzzing around by the dozens and raining sawdust on us (and all the furniture) anytime we were on the balcony."

"The view from the cabin was phenomenal . The air conditioning issues were a negative only because of the unusually high temperatures during the day. Window could use some screens since that had to be open to make the cabin temperature tolerable. There were some cobwebs high on the fireplace that drew the eyes. I am still awaiting my 10% discount refund 4 days after my stay."
