「Check in was super smooth with no issues and added goodie bag! Room was mostly clean aside from some dust bunnies here and there on a hardwood floor. Beds and furniture were clean. Updated and cold A/C was much appreciated. Location to Tail of the Dragon, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg was perfect. Property was well maintained. Neighbors were very friendly. Area was quiet. My only gripe would be swapping out the futon for an actual couch - it was pretty uncomfortable to sit on.」

「Disappointed in the cleaniness of the tiny home. Blankets used by previous guests we not laundered and the shower curtain was stained with who knows what. Checkout process says to wash dishes, very apparent the previous guests did not do that.」

We loved the view of the mountains in front of the cabin and how private the back porch/hot tub was! It was just the little escape we needed on this vacation!」

「I requested a mountain view, a pool and a hot tub as amenities for our trip to SeviervilleTN. My husband has back issues so the hot tub was vital. We originally booked The Homeplace. 2 weeks before our trip, I read a review saying that the hot tub was not working. I called immediately and was assured that the problem had been resolved.
