The staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot water… I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was in bad condition. Jokes on wall and tile falling off counter. Large gap at top of door between hallway and the room. Bedroom door does not open all the way. Walls in the bathroom dirty. Bed saggy. So overpriced for what you get. Good part of hotel is location to the bus station and restaurants.

We moved rooms from gound floor to second floor because the ground floor room TV had no signal nor A/C, no table or dresser, bad ventilation. The toilet did not flush completely. The second floor room was a great improvement, the ceiling fan did not work but it had a/c. The water was cool at best in both rooms. However, the hotel location was excellent, their coffee in the lobby was excellent, and the staff was OK.
