「I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. I will be back and with friends!」

「What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. 」

「Hospitality like no other! Thoughtful and caring service to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. During check in, I was told what I could find within walking distance (food options, medical, gas, atm etc) along with complimentary items on the facility. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. 」

「Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this...

「I only stay overnight for transit travel. Convenient proximity to airport. Quick and easy check in. Friendly and hospitable receptionist. Clean (especially bathroom) and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend for transit travelers. 」

「Pros: The staff is friendly, if you drive or have transportation, this is about 10mins away from the avenue and downtown areas. There's a pool, it looks nice (I didn't get in as it was not an interest). Bedding and room was clean. Everything looked like the pics. Area is quiet and residenial. Cons: Area may be unsafe (but that's Trinidad). Nothing happened while I was there but don't go walking around and jogging past 5PM, that goes for the entire country. 」
