"Wonderful view in the morning and nestled in tea farms. We're accommodating with our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was no daily housekeeping. For example, we never got new towels in the 3 nights we stayed. When we arrived, the front desk man watched us carry out luggage up the stairs without offering to help. Also, when we went to claim our breakfast, a group of 15 or so who arrived after us were served first."

"Room with a very beautiful view. Very tranquil. It’s across the other side of the lake so you would have to take transport (ferry / bus) over to the hotel after arriving at sun moon lake.
