“Quiet !”

“The staff were nice enough. Our room was very clean. But our first night our air conditioner rattled and kept me up all night. The next morning we let them know about it, they had someone come look at it after we left. When we arrived back our room was 78 degrees and they had it set on 67. We told them the air was now quiet but it wasn’t working. The maintenance man came back and he changed out the entire AC unit and we left again. When we got back around 10:30 that night it was still 78 degrees……

“The towels were dirty, the whole building is dirty, old, and stinky. I hesitate to even sleep in the beds. Not sure if they don't wash their towels they will wash their bedding sheets. Their cart is the weirdest one I have ever seen with a triangular shape. Also you have only carry luggage and a small carry on.”

“Hotel is conveniently located and is still quiet. The hotel is well equipped. We did not have as many towels as would normally be in the room, but did not ask for extras as we were only there one night. The room was clean, but I have seen cleaner rooms.... you know..as clean as your house when you have guests, but not "professionally" spotless. Again, we didn't complain and we would gladly stay here again. ”

“the staff were very nice, my room had a used diaper in it when I checked in. no water, towels or wipes in the gym. my room was not cleaned one day.....I was charged $15 for a 4 oz glass of wine.......”

“Our shower had pink mold. Room was nice. AC stopped working my last night so it was miserable to sleep before traveling the next day. I wish they kept breakfast stocked better. They would run out and not replace right away so we had to sit and wait and she wouldn’t even fill it up. One person would take what was put out.”

“It was warm in the hall of the 4th floor, but the room was perfect. My husband enjoyed the pool too. We chose the hotel because we could easily walk to the Amphitheater.”
