Designed with families in mind, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence blends modern design with all the comforts of home. Spread over two generous levels, it offers multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, full air-conditioning throughout, and fast, free WiFi to keep everyone connected.

Downstairs, the open-plan layout includes two large entertainment areas, each with Samsung Frame Smart TVs (75" and 55"), perfect for movie nights or quiet time after a day at the beach.
