“We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. ”

“The staff was amazing, but the property needs some major upgrades. My room looked like a lot of seedy things had taken place. There were holes in the walks, foot prints on doors, cigarette burns on the bedspread, and we actually witnessed a bit of "illegal trade" happening on the second floor. I'd suggest the owner take care of his kind and thorough staff and invest, AT LEAST, in a coat of paint in the rooms. ”

“Room was clean but the hallways were a little dirty, pool was nice. I would recommend staying here if you have to travel out of Nashville airport as you can pay cheap fees to leave your vehicle there”

“A one night stay after flying into Nashville. Nice it was close & easy to get to. It is right by a Waffle House & opposite a few more motels/Cracker Barrel & fuel station. Friendly welcome & check in quick. Had a spacious room on ground floor with 2 comfy double beds (parking right outside). There was a microwave & fridge but shame no coffee maker but coffee could be had in reception early morning. I think updated recently & bathroom looked nice. Shower over bath but only managed quite warm……

“Terrible place to stay”

“Their site said they had an inside pool but it wasn't available that was the only reason that I booked that particular motel because of the inside pool. I was very disappointed and the room was just disgusting! dirty curtains hair everywhere the sheets and comforter had burnt holes in them the shower did not drain well. I was standing in water trying to take a shower also the day before I called ahead to see if an early check-in would be okay I was told by Ken that as long as there was……

“Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food .”

“The stay was okay overall. The room was clean and had the basics, but nothing really stood out. The bed was comfortable enough. Staff were polite, The location was convenient, which was probably the best part.”

“Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application.”

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”
