"Our stay was amazing! The resort is so huge, one could go on vacation and just stay here the entire trip! Staff was great, very accommodating with any request. "

"Thermostat reset to heat every day so even when it was 85 degrees outside the heat was blasting in my room. In response to my complaint, front desk said during the day it is on a motion sensor so if you leave your room at 9 am with AC set to 70 degrees, the heat will kick in after a few hours of no motion, front desk said people complain all the time and "if you think it's bad now just wait til it's 100 degrees out and the heat is still on". Found a cockroach in my room one evening. Towels very scratchy. Water pressure extremely low so it takes forever to get clean. My room looked out at the back of the hotel sign which was about 5 feet from the window so there was no view, no daylight. I know someone has to take that room but they should have apologized before putting me there. Finally, none of the staff were friendly. I tried to get orange juice from the breakfast buffet the morning I left but the machine wasn't on. Staff couldn't be bothered, just muttered "the machine is off" at me and walked by. Do not recommend. "

"Overall our stay was really good. The beds were not very comfortable, but the rooms were clean, bathrooms ample with good storage options for clothes etc. The bar didn't have a huge selection but happy hour process were good. Enjoyed our stay. "

"Staff was great. It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms and maybe a waffle maker in the breakfast area, maybe serve sausage links or bacon. Only other suggestion would be a trash shoot or something on each floor for larger trash since the trash cans in the rooms are small. The property itself was nice and clean. "

"Loud neighbors really turned this ok stat into I would go back. They played music loudly until after 1am. If traveling with little kids I would not recommend. "

"Very clean and updated but the building itself is old. They had a decent hot breakfast; waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. Good and bad news, it's next to scoreboard bar and grill which has excellent food, unfortunately it can get loud at night being next to bars. I would say that it is a 5 star, 2 star hotel."
