"I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service.. "
