“I love how Margaritaville resorts stick to their theme—it’s a fun, consistent experience. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was great. However, there was no desk, which made it hard to get any work done. Check-in was frustrating. I was told to stop by the concierge for coupons, but it felt like a timeshare pitch. “I chose this hotel because of the water slides and their online portal said everything was open including the outdoor slides but when we got there they said the slides were only open on the weekends at the moment. The indoor slides were open thankfully but online it said they were open until 11pm but when we got there the front desk informed us that they would only be open until 6pm giving us only about an hour. The arcade upstairs and bowling was fun and the rooms were comfortable even though……

“. The gray-haired gentleman overseeing parking and outdoor security was exceptionally diligent and attentive. It was evident that he took great pride in his work and genuinely enjoyed his responsibilities. Additionally, the gentleman who assisted with our check-in, Monty (if I recall his name correctly), provided equally outstanding service—professional, courteous, and efficient. We typically do not stay in hotels, but this experience has certainly given us a new perspective. ”

“Of all the times we have been to Gatlinburg this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Food was excellent, staff was phenomenal, clean, convenient to shopping, trolley to town. Just a awesome experience!”
