“This is the WORST property I have ever stayed with - the room was incredibly filthy. We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. I had booked a suite, and was not given the correct room. We would've gone somewhere else, but it was already quite late and we……

“Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! Yuck. It was convenient to the airport that is the……

“It was so-so! No breakfast, no microwave, no bottled water!”

“Break fast menu was okay but property has very little eating options. They need a food court. Room was worn.I stayed there last in 2014 and they are moving away from the margriitaville them which is said. They now have a noddle restaurant where the margritaville was..sad. This casino does not even have poker. I would recommend to go to another property as the best thing about this property is the Bass pro shops next door. ”

“The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

“Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!”

“In room 303 I had no hot water, I saw roaches , refrigerator didn’t work . I had two days but I cancelled for Sunday and asked for a refund , which I’m still waiting on . Will never go back ”

“The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.”
