They genuinely cared about guest satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. The service was outstanding, and their attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We had 2 beds and a pull out overlooking Horseshoe and American falls. The room and the view were incredible. The floor plan didn't make sense. You can see the falls from the jetted tub through a sliding window in the bathroom but the queen and pull out beds are in the room in between. What's the point of the view from the tub if you're sharing the room with the kids? The toilet can only be accessed by walking between the shower and tub so if either is in use, the rest of the family has to wait. A separate access for the toilet would make a big difference as well as moving the pullout bed to the other room. It was however, very clean, comfortable and had a great view. (41st floor, north tower)"

"Price was good but the decor is dated and worn. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms - 1 tea/coffee machine in the lobby for all hotel guests, this can get very busy especially in the morning. No breakfast or restaurant facilities. Rooms also aren't serviced - clean towels etc available on request."

"The property is wonderful. A relaxing atmosphere on the Lake. Our family enjoyed biking around the neighborhood, fishing at the Lake, talking with the neighbors, visiting the falls, and just sometime to disconnect. The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Lots of room for all 8 of us. Plenty of hot water, towels, sheets, blankets, soap, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, and supplies. Internet is slightly slow, only 1 tv with not many channels, and the dock would be better if it was anchored down. However we would highly recommend this property for families looking for a quiet relaxing vacation."
