「Very nice and helpful staff」

「The rooms booked were quiet and spacious. They were clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful as it was delivered directly to room and the food was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room...

「Everything's fine and staffs are nice. The owner is very nice to help me to cancel the last night's booking to suit my schedule, and make the refund accordingly.」

「The hotel was in a beautiful spot! Conveniently located close to everything.」

「The room is a bit too small and is just enough for us to open the luggage. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. There is convenience store nearby.」
