“I have been traveling across the globe and have experienced many all inclusive 5 Star resorts. Aloha on Ganges is an amazing value for the price. Excellent staff!! Location is great with beautiful views of river Ganges. The access road to the resort is difficult and extremely busy!! Praveen at dining /breakfast was exceptionally courteous and has my highest recommendations. He has the right potential to rise and make a positive impact for the Resort. “My stay at The Westin Rishikesh left me with mixed impressions. While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. “One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone……

“Really nice property. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice, the bed was super comfy, and you are away from the noise so you can have a great night sleep. I didn't love the dinner buffet offering (other hotels like the Tattva Restaurant at the Divine Resort have much better food!), and the wifi in my room had a problem so the hotel changed me and problem solved, but before that happened one employee at the reception attempted to fix the issue but was pretty unpleasant. “I booked two different rooms. First room was good and overall experience was fine. But then I shifted to higher end room but that was really bad experience. Towels are missing, soap dispenser was broken, spider webs were clearly visible in some part of room. Shower water leaks on bathroom floor which is really bad because you need to be very careful while walking from shower to room - this problem exists in both upper end rooms. So i went to tell at reception, but person was simply doing……
