Great Stay

Wonderful experience at the Ritz Residences. The unit was great, just as advertised and service at the hotel great as always. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Family vail ski trip

The property was exactly as advertised. Ritz shuttle was super convenient. Friendly staff. The apartment felt like being in a cabin with a large fireplace at the bottom of the mountain. No need for a car. Bus shuttle into vail village stops 1 block away. We will definitely be back next year.

Extraordinary Stay

This condo is incredible. We have rented properties for the longest time and this one landed as one of our top 2. We all had independence, the kitchen had everything to cook. Furniture was great, very clean. Amazing location, wonderful views. Everyone at the Resort in terms of staff was amazing and friendly. Pool waiter could use some training on this department, he walked by us 2-3 times, never asked us if we needed anything, I tried calling his attention, he very blatantly walked by. They were putting long towels for everyone, he skipped us, but aside from him, our stay was for sure one to remember. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Cleaning was every other day which worked great. It’s very very clean, very well maintained, just extraordinary. We never received the check in email. I was texting and calling the number and I would just be referred to my red awning account, the reservation never appeared there or in vrbo. After a few attempts finally got a friendly response and email with instructions was re-send. I checked, junk and kept waiting for it the days prior but never received. All was good for check in in the end. Just front desk regular check in.

Summer in Colorado

Love the whole experience. Great property with even better staff. Location was perfect and quiet and made for nice walks through Lionshead and over to Vail village. Short walk to the gondola too. Loved everything about the stay.

Perfect place for a family get away!

We love this property. We have been to the Ritz residence a few times and this was the first time to stay in this unit. It was clean, beautiful, and felt like home. Has a washer and dryer, beautiful master suite and bathroom and two additional bedrooms. The only thing we noticed that was different from the pictures posted is that in the downstairs extra bedroom there is not a bunk bed it is two twin beds and the upstairs loft has two queens not one king bed. Besides the differences than booking (and pictures should possibly be updated for future people) it was excellent! We will love to return!
