「Perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. Room was a good size and had character. Safe was locked (by a previous guest?) and we couldn’t use it, and oddly a small section of curtain had been nailed to the window frame - no idea why. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was large and comfortable. Would recommend, we enjoyed our stay」

「The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. Also, checkout was at 10a instead of noon like all the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They also charged for early check-in, even...

「Very conveniently located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the green belt and the the ‘old town’ area, Russafa, the modern arts and sciences museum area, etc. The room was quite comfortable with a small balcony, the kitchen was pretty well equipped - notably with a little packet that included cleaning supplies and little bottles of olive oil that my husband the cook very much appreciated! Staff was super friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!」

「The Casa Patriarca was in a central location and very close to the central market. The receptionist was very helpful and there was excellent communication. If you are driving there is no parking on site. There is an underground lot about 6 min walk away that cost 20 E per day. There is a restaurant and cafe unfortunately due to time we did not get to try them.」

「Апартаменты в целом понравились. Очень хорошее расположение, всё было чисто и аккуратно, заселение прошло без проблем. Из минусов: главная спальня выходит окнами на улицу, и при открытом окне довольно шумно из-за дороги прямо под окнами. Также в спальне есть дверь запасного выхода/смежная дверь, и вечером было хорошо слышно соседей — разговоры и телевизор до поздней ночи, шумоизоляция в этой зоне слабая. В остальном проживание было комфортным.」

「Location was absolutely fabulous. It was right on the main square so there was noise but when you close the windows, it was very manageable. The hosts were very responsive and quite lovely. We would stay here again.」

「作为年过六旬的老人，这是我们第一次大胆尝试到国外自助游（注：在巴塞罗那和马德里有好友接应）。这家酒店是我们出国长途旅行中所住的第一家酒店，酒店位置就在陶瓷宫附近，从酒店到其他景点都十分方便，酒店的客房也非常干净整洁。最让我们印象深刻的是接待我们的女士十分活泼、友好和热情。面对我们语言不通的两位外国老人，她给予了十分的耐心和关照，主动给我们提供旅游地图，并帮我们在地图上找到去景点的路线。我们之间首次尝试了通过手机的谷歌语音翻译软件进行交流，当误操作出现了翻译上的笑话时，我们都非常开心......。离开酒店时，我们一起高兴的合了影。正是因为她的热情接待使我们对日后在西班牙的旅行和住宿建立了信心，也对西班牙的旅游环境充满了好感，在此我们非常感怀这第一次住宿的霍斯特霍娒酒店，和这位热情友好的女士！」
