「Camera pulita e spaziosa posizione comoda al centro e alla metro」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was」

Das wurde uns als Bonus verkauft, obwohl man uns vorher hätte fragen können. Auf meine Beschwerde folgte zunächst...

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「Good location. Good facilities. Perfect for small families.」

「Excellent location, safe access to the property, Great common areas. Handy self service laundry facilities」
