“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The front desk person was not friendly or welcoming. The room is comfortable and a decent size. The air conditioner works well. The workout facility is very nice but too warm. No air conditioning. Hotel is about a 30 minute walk from city center. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Verona! We had a beautiful room, the pool and spa area are very nice. Location was great as it’s right on the edge of where all the big shopping and restaurants are in the area. Communication with the staff before and during our trip was fast and easy. ”

“10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi. ”
