「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. 「We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar; 4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice; 5. They have sunscreen by the pool; 6. 「The most wholesome and helpful staff, with a very inviting and luxurious atmosphere and facility. Very helpful for finding things on the island and activities as well. I wish I could have stayed longer!」

「Quiet, clean and no further than about 5-7 minutes from the action. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were 2 really great local eateries within walking distance being the Hideaway and Mango Reef. I would definitely stay here again.」

We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.」
