The Conservatory is your ideal place to be in Venice. It is well positioned: the train station is few minutes walk and you can find vaporetto stops on the canal in front of the main door.
The apartment has a great set-up:
- 1 queen size bed with a private bathroom
- 1 queen size bed in an -open space with living room and sofa-bed which accommodates 2 people
- Kitchen
- Dining Room which seats 8 people comfortably
- 2 full bathrooms in total

It is located in the Cannaregio district, an area that despite being subject to growing tourist pressure is the district that has been able to maintain its "popular" and true Venetian features.
In fact in Cannaregio you can still see many ‘bacari’, the typical bars frequented by the residents and see someone who practices the Voga Veneta (Historic Venetian Rowing sport).
The Cannaregio area is well served by supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
HIGH TIDES ARE NOT A PROBLEM FOR THIS MODERN APARTMENT LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR.

Heerlijk appartement, geweldige ligging. Het appartement heeft airco, is volledig uitgerust (handdoeken, keukenapparatuur, maar ook bijvoorbeeld olie/zout/koffie en shampoo/doucheschuim), heeft goede wifi en 2 fijne badkamers. Het ligt het centraal: verschillende boten vertrekken op 1 a 2 minuten loopafstand, het treinstation is ongeveer 8 minuten lopen. Supermarkt bevindt zich op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen.

Para repetir.
Estuvimos alojados 3 días y la experiencia ha sido muy favorable. El apartamento es precioso con una decoración sencilla y elegante. Está lleno de luz y el espacio se hace acogedor. La cocina está totalmente equipada, no falta de nada y todo está limpio e impecable.
La ubicación es fantástica: cerca de la estación de Santa Lucía; cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y del servicio de vaporeto.
Nuestra anfitriona nos atendió con amabilidad y un trato excepcional en todo momento. Una gran opción si viajas a Venecia.

Hervorragend !
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und komfortabel. Die Räume sind großzügig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, wenige Schritte entfernt befinden sich Restaurants und eine Bar. Erreichbar ist das Objekt vom Bahnhof aus barrierefrei und über verschiedene kurze und wenig frequentierte Wege. Die Vermieterin Cristina kümmert sich zuvorkommend um ihre Gäste, sie spricht auch gut englisch. Ganz sicher werden wir in einigen Monaten diese Wohnung wieder mieten und diesmal auch länger bleiben, weil wir nun alles gut kennengelernt haben und wissen, dass wir uns dort sehr gut aufhalten können: ruhig und trotzdem nahe dem Canale Cannareggio, durch die leicht höhere Lage (ohne Stufen!) auch nicht bedroht von Hochwasser.
Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert !!

Bellissimo!!!!!
Cinque stelle sono il voto che merita l’ alloggio e altrettante vanno alla cortesia della proprietaria. L’ alloggio ben rifinito anche con attenzione ai particolari si trova in una zona lontana dal caos turistico e questo permette di apprezzare ancora di più Venezia. Un plauso particolare ai letti veramente comodi, è raro trovarne di così confortevoli! Grazie di tutto, Ginevra, Chiara e Mauro.

Nice place; clean, modern and ideally located
I gave this property 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Cristina is very nice but her communication was poor. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, and check out at 11am. The day before we were to arrive, she sent an email asking if we could hold off until 6 to check in. We emailed back that day and said we weren’t sure exactly when we would arrive since we were driving to Venice, but it would probably be around 5pm. She never replied and we ended up arriving at 6pm anyway because of traffic but there was no answer when we rang the doorbell. Our group of 4 waited until 6:30 before asking next door for their help in contacting her. Cristina’s daughter then showed up and let us in. She didn’t know much about the apartment or how things worked but Cristina showed up the next morning saying that her car had broken down.
We stayed for 3 nights and on the morning of check out Cristina emailed and asked if we could be out an hour early because the cleaning maid was coming over at 10. We said that we were planning to be out by 11am as we couldn’t board our cruise until noon. The maid showed up at 10 anyway (with an attitude) as we were getting ready for the day; awkward to say the least!
The apt is listed as a 2 bedroom but the second “bedroom” is really the living area without any doors, just curtains that separate the room from the kitchen/dining area. The place is clean and modern and ideally located, but we wouldn’t stay there again with four adults as it’s much more suitable for family living.

We loved our stay!!!!!!!!
Cristina was an excellent hostess. The apartment was as described and worked perfectly for our family of 4. Cristina gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants, many of which were steps from the apartment. We will be back and would recommend this place for anyone staying in Venice.
