“Muy bien ubicado el hotel, en zona centro prácticamente, todo te queda a pie a 8-10 min El hotel bien en general, todo nuevo, cómodo, buen aire acondicionado, buena TV, buen internet. Si volvería, estuve a gusto ahí !!!”

“I’m not sure how it normally is but there was a shore break here that was so loud that we couldn’t even sleep. The ocean was so strong that it pulled the lounges almost into the water. One of the focuses here was drinking as it was all inclusive. As you can imagine people were doing stupid things under the influence. The resort was run down. The a/c was old, very loud and ineffective. I expected more from hotels with the IHG name on it.”

“En la reserva dice que es vista al mar y no fue del todo . Debería decir que es “vista parcial” .. de un lado hay una pared y del otro se ve otro hotel. Las bebidas están muy rebajadas. La cerveza sabe a agua mineral. No sabe a nada si no le pones clamato o algo. La comida algunos platillos tiene calidad y otras no , se nota y es muy evidente que se reutilizan algunos alimentos o digamos de la comida para la cena. No está mal, Pero no debería ser tan evidente. Algunas otras cosas están muy……

“Hospedaje sencillo (acordé al precio). No apto para exigentes , habitaciones pequeñas y muy sencillas que cuentan con lo básico. La alberca está de buen tamaño, el personal excelente todos super amables y serviciales, el restaurante de desayuno de muy buen sabor y excelente precio. Nota importante: si llegas en auto , las calles para acceder son muy estrechas y el estaciónamiento está una calle atrás, algo incómodo para carga y descarga de equipaje pero cumple con la seguridad a tu automóvil.”

“Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!”

“We stayed here for the month of February, 2026. WiFi and AC were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the 4th hole of a golf course. Our room was spacious and clean, but tired (corroded taps, wobbly door handles, wobbly fridge, many cracked tiles, a small (and not Smart) TV. We had lots of hot water. The king size bed is firm and comfortable. The single beds are short and meant for children. All rooms have a large outdoor patio or balcony. The staff……

El hotel está inmediato a la avenida principal de la zona hotelera que conecta con la playa, muy cercano al mercado de artesanías y las plazas comerciales. para acceder a la playa queda muy cerca el estacionamiento público de playa el palmar (en el cual hay un corredor que te lleva directo a mar) entonces está muy cómodo trasladarse. “Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out.
