Just okay

The location was great! We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and multiple swimming pools. Our unit was disappointing for the amount of money we paid. The vents were rusted and one of them in the bedroom blew black stuff out in to the head of the bed. We had to move the bed to keep it off of our faces. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The pots and pans were pretty nasty from so much use. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Nice condo, good location

This condo was perfect for our group of two families traveling to Sandbridge beach. We loved being so close to the water. The beach was very calm and family friendly. Lots of room and views of the ocean were nice. The condo was missing some essentials for cooking such as pot holders and many of the Teflon pans were scratched which made us reluctant to cook on them. Other than that the condo was great and we would recommend.

Great Views

This unit has a view of both the ocean and back bay. Spent each evening dining outside on the patio. We did have a few spiders that we needed to get rid of but not too many. Do be aware that the tubs are deeper than normal and our older guest had some concerns about getting out without falling. Thankfully everyone managed very carefully.

Not up to par

Called about dryer not working- no one ever came to fix. Floors and rugs were filthy. Refrigerator would not cool soft drinks. Garbage disposal wouldn’t work. Dirt and sand all over baseboards/molding. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room.

Nice unit/not great customer service

The unit itself is very nice. Comfortable beds and sofas and multiple Roku connections throughout the unit. However, we had a problem with a toilet at the start of our stay and Vacasa has no sense of urgency to fix the problem in a timely manner. We were left with one toilet for our whole stay until the last day. Don't expect Vacasa to be much help if something happens within your unit during your stay!

Nice place but be aware of getting car towed

Place was overall nice and clean. Had horrible phone/internet services. You car will have the possibility of getting towed 40 minutes away for no reason without any help even though you followed the exact parking instructions the company gave you at your expense. Absolutely, ruined our vacation 2 days in. Wish I would have read reviews about them towing cars unnecessarily before I booked, because it’s all the reviews. Hard to get into rooms with key. Hot tubs closed during summer.

Condo is great! Mgmt is improving

Condo is spacious, comfortable, and has nice views of the beach, bay, sunset and sunrise. Be sure to bring: Toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, keurig cups, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap pods, beach towels When we arrived, the condo hadn't been cleaned yet. Phone support pretended to be helpful. Luckily, we found on-site cleaning personnel to help. Many other residents had similar problems. Vacasa is still figuring things out. Maybe I'll try another mgmt company next year.

TERRIBLE

When we entered the room, we saw ant traps on the window seal. There were tons of ant in a line going from one trap to the next. It was disgusting. Dead ants in htee door j ams of slider door. NOT CLEAN AT ALL The room was not very clean, very run down. There was a very dirty area rug in the family living area. Cleaning people left sand on the table on the deck. Never rented such a disgusting place. We went back to management office and was moved to a very nice CLEAN condo. KUDOS to the realty company for taking care of us. This was by far horrible.

Nice condo

Nice condo overall. We were disappointed that the swim up bar and grill on the property was shut down. 😢 Microwave was not working great and a dust pan for the broom would’ve been super helpful! All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the condo itself!

Great unit but poor housekeeping

The layout and space that this three bedroom unit fit our families needs perfectly. However, we were delayed an entire day from entering the unit because they were shortstaffed with cleaning service. We arrived a day later to enter to a dirty sand covered floor. It took the house cleaning service two full days to provide us with a vacuum that was working.
