Both Nerys and Clare were friendly, helpful and informative about various activities, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was prepared fresh on site by lovely and generous staff - a little too large for us but very tasty. “The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if……

“Lovely hotel very close to the Parque Central, yet still very quiet at night. The rooms are on one level surrounding a lush central garden. Staff was very solicitous and the bed was comfortable. A continental breakfast of breads, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and coffee is included, although eggs and other items can be purchased for a small fee. Highly recommended!”
