「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the young lady serving us in the restaurant was a star. Super attentive to everyone and nothing was a problem. The building has a fascinating history, lovely place for a stroll around and also a lovely courtyard.」

「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「What a lovely quaint hotel. Upon arrival the exterior looks a little ragged and in need of some refurbishment. What a surprise when i went inside. 「The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms need some TLC. The Shower would br no good if you were taller or larger in build」

「Bed base dirty And was just to single bed pushed together」

「Excellent stay at the Hopping Hare. Food is really really good and the room was large and comfortable.」

「Absolutely superb staff extremely helpful and accommodating, i am deaf and although the hotel does not have a Deafguard the evening shift manager confirmed the night staff would be aware of my additional needs requirement. The hotel is let down by the main owners OYO group who do not seem to invest in their hotels as with many of their group they are in need of a freshen up.」

「Very enjoyable comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!」
