「Big room and good mattress only」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「There was accumulated water in the bathroom after showering.」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「Lovely stay, friendly staff. Clean hotel. We enjoyed visiting London and very convenient location.」

「Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude」
