「Staffs are helpful but the operation procedure is not smooth. I have reserved a double room but given a twin room. Seems they had solved our room type but they haven’t changed in the system as they looked very confused of my reservation. They misunderstood my stay as 1 night but actually is 2 nights. Spent lots of time on my reservation to issue my correct room. I saw there were other guests which may have similar situations as us.
There was a smell at the bathroom. The bedside lamps did not...

「The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. 」

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.
