“Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!”

“I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. “Our room was dirty on arrival. Pool the bottom is cracking and chipped. The beds are terrible was equivalent to sleeping on a board. We will not be back.”

“The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. “Yes, A/C was effective. Shopping closeby (walking distance) but did not have time...only an overnight stay. Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where……
