“It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. “The trip overall was great, but the house was less than desirable. To start off, the bed sheets and bathrooms were not clean whatsoever. One bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew growth. In addition, almost all the windows were incredibly hard to lock with two that simply had a screw in the window track as a “lock”. “Great location! House was very clean and comfortable. Make sure to read in the description that there is no elevator if you have a family member that has trouble with stairs. “We so enjoyed the flat we stayed in. All of it was super clean when we arrived, and the beds and furniture area al super comfy. Location is excellent with great restaurants, bars, and shopping within 1-2 blocks. (Go to the bookstore nearby! That place rules...) Kitchen came fully prepared to cook, make drinks, coffee, etc. The coffee maker was stocked with Peets coffee, creamer, and sugar. All appliances were practically brand new. Having 2 bathrooms was key for us with 3 people. Place can hold……

“The decor was very nice. Beds comfortable. Close to everything we were there to see. Cleanliness needed some work. Dirty robe in closet, a brown hair found on my towel. I am blonde. drip spots on floor. Had to ask where the thermostat was (it was behind a door) Fireplace did not work. Communication was great. I noticed there was a fee for renting a crib. I did not need one but something to consider if you have small children.”

“Decent stay. Neighborhood is a bit edgy, but the house is safe. Laundry is in a common area for the building, not the apartment. They didn’t have enough bedding for the pull out, and we paid for an extra guest, so that was not good. House is nicely appointed. Circular stairs make a lot of noise when used. Sneaking anywhere isn’t possible! Was a great location for going to a football game.”
