"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. We walked in after a few days of driving and staying at budget hotels, and the Canterbury was a bright breath of fresh air, with its ocean themes and colors. The room was comfortable, with a table and two chairs, two comfy chairs, modern kitchenette, and a small deck. Clean, welcoming. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The best part for us was the laundry room where we were able to take care of the past week's laundry! We would definitely stay again!"

"WiFi just straight up didn't work. It connected but then we didn't get any service. We called the front desk and the lady told me "that's just the wifi we have". Also, oddly, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so we had to mop up water after each shower. Room was okay, location was fine, would book another place if given the chance."
