This is a large studio with a private bathroom, large refrigerator, It has a coffee machine, microwave and a toaster, but it does not have a kitchen area. The property is safe and located in the downtown Wasilla area. Security cameras are located on the outside of the building facing the parking lot and at the outside of the entrance door. Building is safe and monitoring 24hrs

This unit is a large garage converted to a studio with a separate entrance and a private full bathroom.

The entrance is on the right side of the garage. Your assigned parking space is in front of the garage. The code for the door will be provided at arrival
