「My stay at Motto by Hilton was excellent! The hotel is spotless, stylish, and in such a perfect location for exploring Philly. The staff were welcoming and made everything easy. The rooftop and café were a great bonus. The rooms are cozy, but very well designed. I’d happily stay here again!」

「It was perfect!! I LOVED Riversuites. I stayed here for 3 nights and it felt like my dream home. Every room is so aesthetic and spacious. The rooms have so much character due to the station it was built on. The beds were so comfortable. 「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」
