「The Leicester was everything a person could hope for and more! Cliff was an amazing host and provided great dining recommendations! Breakfast was amazing and the guest house menu was extremely varied and all delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean. The absolute perfect location as well.」

「First time I have stayed here and it’s really a beautiful hotel. The rooms are fantastic and with a rainfall shower was also nice. The staff 5 Stars. The breakfast 5 stars. I would highly recommend a stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 」

「The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The Crosby beach is only a 10 minute walk and the main street of Waterloo is just 5 minutes away with bars and restaurants a plenty. The Royal Hotel is a lovely place to stay with a restaurant on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough space. You have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fan to cool you down on hot days as there is no aircon. Rooms are set on 2 floors but there is no lift...

「I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.」

「Had issues with our room key when we arrived but the woman on reception sorted the problem out withing a few minutes and gave us another available room, she was lovely. The room was massive it felt like we had our own apartment as bedroom was seperate from living room and bathroom. Bed comfy and no issues with noise. Only issue was the shower either went freezing or absolutely roasting feel like the system could do with an update. Amazing that you can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi until...

「Very friendly staff and lovely restaurant/ bar. Bit confusing as a walking couple arriving at the station and trying to find the hotel but when leaving found the easy route back to the train station. If researched better would have been easy.」
