"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were disgusting, doors didnt lock probably. Staff were rude. The amenities are nothing like pictured. Everything is under maintained! The breakfast well, I wouldnt feed it to my dog! There was a dirty smelly water leak in the roof of the breakfast room! This is the space you serve FOOD! Massive healthcode violation. I would tell everyone not to stay here! Horrible Experience! "

"Such a great value! Loved our room, the resort amenities, and the staff. Room was clean, balcony was fantastic, and we enjoyed taking walks on the property. The kitchen and a trip to the store made the place feel like home and definitely saved money for more excursions in the area. Koa at the front desk was very helpful and professional when checking in. All the little shops were a great time. Would love it if there was a replica of this place everywhere we travel!"

"The room was really nice, we enjoyed our stay. However, housekeeping never came once and when asked to come for my boyfriends surprise, they never showed up to clean. The one Hispanic lady downstairs wasn’t very welcoming. The computers weren’t working. There was hair in the tub. And ants all in the bathroom. The room was nice, but wasn’t kept to standard for our entire stay. And when asked how it was, I explained to the lady receptionist and she said “oh well I’m sorry” but no accommodations. "

"Check-in took an hour because only one person was working and the system was extremely slow. The hotel is right next to the highway, so there’s a lot of noise. The room is outdated and below expectations. Overall, a subpar stay."

"Cabana Bay is a great choice for a value resort. Theming was the perfect vibe. We loved that you could walk easily to the main parks and city walk. Food was typical for a place like this, but the staff were outstanding, especially at check in and the pool bars. We loved the larger room option and room amenities. "
