Not as advertised

Positive. The property Manager was very responsive for most of the time until we left. We left a power cord for my wife’s medical device behind, they found it and then stopped communicating. Luckily, I was able to find another one to replace it quickly.Negatives. The home is in much worse shape than the pictures will tell you. I ended up doing a video of the entire house and sending it to them so that we would not be blamed for anything including, but not limited to the main stairs that were cracking and breaking. There was a major electrical issue. The lights in the kitchen did not work and the breaker could not be reset even with all the lights off. In addition, the lights in the master bathroom did not work properly and flickered when you tried to turn them on. We’ve stayed in Wellington before, and the overall neighborhood was not the best.Summary. For the cost of this home, there are a lot better places out there and we will not stay here again.
