"The stay was ok but we’re disappointed that everything we expected like help with luggage and directions aren’t easy. It was very easy to get lost from the parking lot to the room. There was a lot of going down this hall going down that hall going up this elevator going down that elevator was all very confusing.i was happy to see they had a small smoking area where people could smoke and gamble. The rest rooms were very neat and clean in the public area. "

Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was no one to check uou out and the computer. "
