“Communications with the hosts was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the home was clean and comfortable with complimentary bottles of water and snacks, which is a nice touch. Two options for coffee, k-cup and traditional coffee machines. The kitchen was well appointed, which was good because we were cooking some items to take with us to a thanksgiving dinner.”

“This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. Toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, used bar of soap left in closet. No flat sheets on either bed. Linen had to be changed due to greasy spots. Commode had brown water until……
