「great stay!」

「🌙 We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. The room was also very hot, and the air conditioner appeared extremely old and was unable to cool the room down properly during our stay. There were also...

「Upon arrival, the check-in process was very easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and serene. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were very clean, but the only problem was that they did not have an extra amount of sheets for the rooms. The check-out process was fairly easy as well. The parking and parking lot area was nice as well.」

「Stayed at a few of the neighboring hotels and this stay was by far my best one and my favorite. I visit once a month and will definitely be booking this one for my future stays 」

「Very old and rundown. Pool was green. Could not adjust the temp in the a/c. It was stuck at 61 so had to be shut off or freeze. Water dripping from somewhere left a pool of water right outside entrance to building. This was tracked to the inside and floor was slick. Only good was pressure of the shower.」

「First room was dirty toilet and shower. Broken out cabinets and dirty fridge and cabinets. Floors dirty and roaches. Second room they gave us was only slightly better and toilet not as bad. 」

「Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.」
