「Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

「Seagrape is located on a great spot just far enough away from West End when you want seclusion yet only a couple of minutes away when you want it. The hotel was very nice, room was very clean, front desk was very personable and the breakfast was great every morning. The staff made my stay on the island fantastic from the second I stepped off the plane and every moment since. The dive shop is so conveniently located and they made getting back into diving very easy. Already planning my next trip...

「This place was fantastic! It had everything you needed so you wouldn’t need to go off property! The owners were very communicative via WHATS app and made check in super quick so we could start enjoying our vacation. The food and drinks were awesome. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip! A huge shout out to all the staff as they were very warm and called us each by our name .. we felt at home.」
