「We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. There were fires in Canada which made air quality not great, so we wanted to get a few workouts in at the gym in the building. That was a...

「No hot water , only 3 towels for a stay of 5 days, only two roles of toilet paper. communicating with the host was non existent. I would never rent again or refer anyone to rent this facility again. It was extremely hot in the room. Coffee machine did not work」

「Pictures were misleading. The couch was NOT a bed anyone can sleep on. No extra sheets. Asked for some and told they were in closet... they were not. Other bedroom could barely fit 2 people. Having 5 was tight. 」
