“That lady with the Karen haircut has a bad attitude. She called herself trying to make it look like I was being kicked out lol, or “trespassing.” For starters, for an old coastal town, that building needs renovating. It’s towns in other Mississippi counties that invest more into their buildings than for what that property number can skyrocket to overnight; I just didn’t want to get sick packing thing up overnight, wasn’t prepared for the drop in temp & increase. “I was surprised by this hotel. Honestly i thought it was going to be not what was in the photos. But to my surprise it was. And for the price 10 out of 10 cant wait to come back.”

“Place was a dump. Pictures did NOT represent how it really looked. Old building, old bed that squeeked, poor pillows, scratchy sheets, toilet seat peeling paint, tub and sinks stained, no hot water- barely luke warm, water stains and patches in ceilings, carpet patched all over. Stayed in "ocean front" studio which was in Waffle house parking lot and too far back from ocean to barely see, especially thru cars in parking lot. Sounded like people above us were going to fall thru the ceiling, ……

“Excellent on site bar and restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk, buffet cashiers, and player services staff are usually somewhat unfriendly and dismissive, but bar staff at Blu housekeeping staff, and general casino and security employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Bar staff at the casino bar are great if you can find them. Generally they are in the back shooting the sh**, and you may wait 10-15 minutes for one of them to make an appearance so that you can order a……

“The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation.……
