「There were a couple of problems with the water and the microwave and the team got to us right away. They were ideal hosts. I thought the beds were comfy and the space was great for our families to eat and play games.Being next to the park and the ice cream shop was great for our kids. I also enjoyed the coffee shops and the steam room near by. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
