“Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve……

“Took 3 hours to get checked in, because owners name was listed not ours. The room is decent in size, but needs some work. The sliding doors to bathrooms were broken and one completely unusable. The coffee pot had old moldy coffee left in it. We were charged a fee for a keurig coffee maker and garbage disposal- we never used or tried to use either of those two items! ”

“If I could rate the property itself, I would give it five stars. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The room however, was not. We were placed on the 20th floor, which was undergoing major renovations. Carpet removal, wallpapering the entire hall and painting every room. We were the only room completed on the entire hall, therefore we were the only tenants on the 20th floor. There was debris lining the entire hall throughout our entire stay.
